Norvoran was founded by Jake Meilak from a persistent frustration with businesses that are harder to deal with — and harder to run — than they need to be.

His background spans aviation operations, technology, customer experience and digital communication: environments that shaped an interest in how clear systems, information and decision-making affect the way organisations work.

Norvoran is developing its approach through research, observation and a small number of carefully selected engagements.
